In my opinion disgust and allure are intertwined, and I want to portray it in my art. I want to create a reflection of certain sides that we all possess. The dream-like and absurd sides. A playful, safe place with unpleasant elements of distaste. In other words, a horror-mixed delight.
My art comes from everyday life with a touch of weekend in the details. Humor and drama are my greatest tools when I create. I've always had a wild imagination, that’s what brought me to painting in the first place - and I’m happy it did.
I imagine my art hanging in your dining room for full effect - for the odd client.
