About me

I have been drawing and painting since I was a kid, it has always been my own space, where I have lost my perception of time and space and I realize that it has always been my way of being absolutely in the present.

Painting was for many years something I only did on the side… beside my studies and then my work. And during the 20 years that I did a career in business and at the same time got four children I painted and drew sporadically.
After a fatigue in 2018, I started painting again, I dropped out of my existing career and started practicing yoga and trained to become a coach. The inspiration for my paintings comes from people around me, from friends, clients and my own personal development. With my art, I want to inspire more self-love, change, sisterhood and, above all, a more sustainable way of living. I often use the message of being nice to yourself, which has led to many beautiful conversations with viewers of my art.

I work with acrylic and spray paint, and my motives are always strong women who has made a decision… looking at the viewer or just closing their eyes to listen inward. The motives I find on social media and in fashion magazines, cool women, often in black and white, of which I paint to then put away and after several layers of color I finally find the expression I want.
