About me

I love myths and legends, fantasy and science fiction, the roots of meaning and nonsense are among other things the source of my inspiration. e.g. In the fractures of the birch bark, I find motifs and stories that I develop in my pictures.

I am working on a series of images that deal intensively with abstract expressionism. The material I use is just the acrylic primer, which I cover with bitumen, rough plaster and sand or oxidized minerals. Working with different materials gives the pictures a special surface that swallows the light and emphasizes structures. This approach would like to invite the viewer to let their imagination run wild, to find new content and to stimulate communication, whereby each viewer has a different association depending on their own story.
